The company is open to do business with international brokers, general agents, personal agents, retailers, financial institutions, introducers and direct customers.

Chairman and Independent Non Executive Director
Mr. Tetteh, currently Managing Director/CEO of Bayport Financial Services is an independent non-executive director and chairman of board of ASIAC.
He comes with rich experience in banking and financial services having previously served as Country Director, Retail and Business Banking and in various senior positions in Barclays Bank Ghana and Barclays Africa Plc.
Mr Tetteh comes to the table with over 19 years financial services experience.
Chief Executive Officer
He is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner with over 20 years’ experience in insurance and financial services. Mr. Lartey, was the MD/CEO of Activa International Insurance Ghana where he held various senior positions over an 11 year period.
He was a Mortgage and Insurance Consultant with the Simple Group and Bryant & Menson Ltd, all in the UK.
Mr. Lartey has served on a number of boards and committees including the Executive Committee of the Ecowas Brown Card Scheme, Member Trustee Board of the Enterprise Trustees Tier 2 Pension Scheme, Client Rescue Fund Committee of the National Insurance Commission and an Executive Committee member at Group Activa.
Secretary and Independent Non Executive Director
Nathaniel Hegbor is a legal practitioner and a chartered banker with over 18 years’ experience in both corporate legal and financial services.
He is also a part-time lecturer at the Chartered Institute of Bankers, having held similar positions at the University of Ghana Business School and Valley View University. Mr Hegbor joins the board with his expertise in corporate governance and board room practice having served as company secretary and legal advisor to many companies.
He has a wide range of legal and financial services experience; having worked as head of legal services at Premium Bank and City Investments and as a legal officer at Cal Bank, Amalgamated Bank Gold Coast Consulting.
